Hello everyone and welcome to our Q3 2026 Accutics feature update. Today we'll be walking through what's new and coming up next in the Accutics platform. We'll keep this fairly fast pace and focus less on individual release notes and more on what these changes mean for your day to day workflows. So I'm really happy to be joined today with Stuart. Just a brief introduction to myself. My name is Julianna and I'm working as an Account and Product Marketing Manager here at Accutics and managing our feature webinar series. So I'll just turn it over to Stuart as my co-host for the day to give a little bit of an introduction. Thanks very much, Julianna. Hi, for those who don't know me, I am Stuart. I've worked for Accutics for just under four years. I work in the customer solutions team along with Jimmy and Sam. So if you've never met me before, I'm sure you've met one of those two. I help customers get the most use out of their dashboard, help with any issues or questions they've got, and also bring them up to speed with new product releases, which I'm happy to be doing for all of you today. Yes, thank you so much, Stuart. And we're really looking forward to this session. Just a little bit of housekeeping in advance. You can feel free to send in your questions as we go along. You'll find a question box in the top right panel of the screen, and we'll keep an eye on them as we go throughout the features. So feel free to ask any questions, and we'll take those as we go and see at the end if there's any time for those as well. So since we're focused on our product feature roadmap today, we've organized this into four areas, which you may have also seen from our last quarter's webinar. So first, that's within workflow acceleration. So helping teams create and update records or campaigns at scale. Second, that's within connected campaign data. So keeping Accutics, your media platforms and other systems aligned. And we've had a lot of really exciting updates in this category as well. Third is within performance intelligence. So that's making it easier to find records and understand what's changed when you're navigating through the Accutics platform and comparing that with your marketing activities on a daily basis. And fourth, that's within our quality and validation focus. So catching problems before they affect live campaigns or your downstream systems. You'll see that the you'll see those four themes kind of throughout today's update and together they really reflect one overarching goal, and that's helping marketing teams to create, connect, manage and trust campaigns most efficiently. One quick note, please be aware as we go along that we do not included all of the features planned for Q4 when we look ahead. Rather, we're highlighting some of the more significant updates and focus areas as kind of a snapshot of where we're going. Okay, so to kick things off, let's start with the workflow acceleration. So in this quarter, we've really focused on trying to remove repetitive tasks from people's workflow, especially when they're managing a lot of number of records in any one go. So that's to go alongside features we've already released, like bulk creation, copy and paste in the box. Copy and paste in the bulk table, drag to copy, etc, etc. So what we've done is added extra flexibility around the editing of records. And as well as that, we've also got a new and improved workflow for user management. So inviting users in bulk is a lot easier. But yeah, and editing of bulk records is a really exciting new feature, as it's going to really, really help to accelerate making changes to a lot of records in one single time. So if you could go to the next slide. Thanks, Juliana. So yeah, so what we can do now is when you are bulk editing records, you now have the option to put into the table on screen, the outputs, which was we were unable to do before. So this means you can actually see how the record that you're editing is changing in regards to the changes you're actually making. So when you're working on complex outputs, you can actually keep an eye on how those outputs changing while you're editing, which should be very useful. And here you can see on the screenshot, you can see on the left column, we've actually got the one output that's available in this project, which is the tracking URL. But again, you can see if the UTMs are changing or the CIDs changed or anything like that. So again, should really enhance your user experience there. On top of that as well, if you're editing a large number of records in one go, what you can actually do is select the records in the overview table that you wish to edit, and then you can export all of those ones in view to a spreadsheet, you can make the corrections in that spreadsheet, save it, and then you can import, sorry, that's my cat. Get down. Get down. Sorry. And then import that spreadsheet. And then update within the Acutics platform. And then all those edits will be reflected in the dash and your records are updated. So again, that's a real boon. If you're doing an end of year data cleanup, it's going to be really, really important and very, very quick to do. Yeah, exactly. I've seen that as a big use case across some of my clients as well, because it really makes it easier for doing historical cleanups also as we're coming to the end of the year. So we really recommend kind of testing that out. Not so much of a feature update specifically, but just kind of a nice to have that we will send as well in the follow up email from this webinar. We've put together a bit of a tips and tricks guide for standardized designed to help you work as efficiently as possible and get more value from the workflows already available to you. So this guide covers areas like records and bulk actions, drafts, custom views, filtering, presets, a lot of words just to basically showcase that the aim is to help you save time in the platform. So it's just about a bit of a one pager on each, but kind of showcasing some of the features that Stuart just walked through as well on how to make bulk edits faster. So really making sure that you could be as efficient as possible when working with large amounts of records, but also with presets and templates to use kind of the insight that you need for future campaigns. So we'll include the guide in the follow up email after the webinar so you can explore it further. But also do reach out to your Acutics contact if you are interested in a more detailed walkthrough, especially if it's specific to your setup, because we're always happy to kind of provide those guidelines to work easier. And these are all features that are included within your standardized setup. Stuart mentioned this as well. We've had this account user management feature that came out a little bit ago. And we'll zoom in further and discuss new features in just a moment. But just to highlight this view in Acutics, admins can manage users access and permissions more centrally than handling everything project by project. So this is kind of a one stop shop for admins in Acutics. You can see active and invited users across the organization, invite users to multiple projects and centrally manage permissions and access, including adding or revoking access in one place. Just looking a little bit more closely here. More recently, we've added a new account owner role. So the account owner is Acutics highest admin role, giving organizations greater control over user access and security for claimed email domains. So in addition to all account admin permissions, account owners can also copy activation links, view own domains and manage admin access without relying on Acutics support. So do reach out if you have any questions about this new role. But along the lines of kind of bringing some of those spreadsheet functionalities more into Acutics, when bulk inviting users into the account user management page, admins can now copy and paste directly from a spreadsheet. So if you are onboarding a new team to Acutics and you need to copy over a large amount of users instead of going step by step, you can copy and paste those users directly into Acutics, just helping to save time and make the onboarding process more efficient. The second focus area, Stuart just mentioned the first with workflow acceleration. The second is connected campaign data. So our direction here is to reduce the number of manual handoffs between Acutics and your media platform. As you can see, there's a lot of updates on the first column. Earlier this year, we announced the release of our bidirectional integration for Campaign Manager 360. We now have Meta Live with Google Ads coming later this month, then LinkedIn and other platforms shortly. We'll dive into what this looked like and what bidirectional means in just a moment. We're also expanding Acutics' ability to connect to your own systems with APIs and webhooks and expansion of Acutics MCP for AI-based workflows, which is very exciting. So we'll focus a little bit longer on that one as well. And kind of working to connect creative data more closely to campaign data. We won't cover the creative element as much in today's session, but just kind of a teaser for Q4. We'll be talking more about creative classifications and workflows. So kind of moving from Acutics with paid media and CRM to how you actually can use it for creative tagging and classification, especially if you're working on any agentic projects. So something very interesting in the works, and we look forward to sharing that with you next quarter. As I mentioned as well, and as a big update that we have is Meta as the latest addition to our two-way sync capabilities. Two-way sync essentially means that you're able to sync the metadata between Acutics and the ad platform. So should you, for example, set up your campaign in Acutics and then set up the campaign in Meta, if anything needs to be changed or altered or enriched, that is able to be sent automatically from Acutics into Meta. So limiting the manual interaction that you would need to have and actually bringing the change into the ad platform. The goal is to really keep campaign structures coordinated between Acutics and your media platforms. So if we just kind of look in a little bit closely, as you can see here on the screen, we have an overview of our two-way sync functionality for Meta. As you can see, there's a lot of synced and unsynced campaigns. And this means for the unsynced campaigns that there is an error from the Acutics platform, like that the Acutics platform is picking up that then needs to be transferred back into the ad platform. So as you can see here in the demo, we're going through adding additional campaign details, and we can sync that right into Meta, kind of reducing that manual step you would need in making all those changes. Two-way sync does require additional licensing and a project -based configuration around Meta or CM360 or Google Ads. But do reach out if you're interested in learning more about this workflow because it's a really big update just to make sure that you have to worry about those errors a lot less. Okay. So, yes. And also two other exciting new features we've got is, as most of you probably already know, we do have an open API, but we've just added two more endpoints to those. So that is get standardized projects. So you can actually see which projects you actually have available to you in Acutics. And you can also get project configuration now. So that's really, really fantastic news. So that means you can actually start pulling in the data sets, information about your projects without a massive manual step in between. So, yeah, if you need to find out more, please hit us up. We'll gladly go into more detail about the Acutics API endpoints. And as well, you've heard that webhooks mentioned a couple of times. So, yeah, this is something we've developed specifically for a client. And once set up, this will be able to give you notifications if there's been any updates to your data sets or changes to the config. So you can stay abreast of, you know, any changes that have been made where before these could have happened in the dark and you wouldn't necessarily known about them. You know, if someone's adding lots of values to data sets and they shouldn't really, you can set up a webhook notification and you'll be told each time that specific data set is updated and you can take action from there to make sure the data is correct. I think that's also just kind of, like we mentioned, a big focus around the connected campaign data. So that's both being able to push those updates into your ad platforms, but also just making sure that you can connect Acutics to your tech stack with webhooks and APIs. And Stuart's going to talk about this in more depth, but just to give a brief intro before he walks us through this feature, I want to explain why we're continuing to expand the capabilities of our offerings with MCPs in general. So a lot of you probably heard about MCPs when you're kind of looking into AI and agentic workflows. It's a huge topic right now. And the goal for us at Acutics is not AI in isolation, but enabling useful and connected workflows that bring Acutics capabilities into places where people are already working. Because you may already be working in an AI assistant such as Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT. So what matters the most here is that flexibility does not come at the expense of governance. So by connecting AI workflows through Acutics with Acutics MCP, organizations can keep the same guardrails, standards, permissions, and data consistency that they rely on today, while giving the freedom to actually work within an AI assistant interface, if that's also where you're already working. So in other words, you know, MCPs make Acutics capabilities more accessible in AI assistants, while we can continue to provide the actual Acutics guardrails and functionality. So we're very excited about this. Just kind of the expansion around this. So if you are interested to try this out for your account, you can already reach out to your Acutics contact, and they can set up a time to give you a proper demo so you could see what this would look like in your own environment. But now I will turn it over to Stuart to kind of walk us through what this looks like. Yeah, thanks, Juliana. So yeah, there should be a video playing on screen, which will be going through the process of generating records via Claude. But basically now, thanks to the MCP, it means creating records in Acutics is as simple as giving a prompt. And in this occasion, we're uploading a marketing brief file to go with it. But the prompt basically on screen said, I want to create three records in Acutics in the project named Sam's project. And I want to see them in a table before publishing. And I want to see the GA4 and the Adobe links that are generated beforehand. So yeah, so basically, just with that information, it looks at what it can actually build in Acutics. And then it will put them on a screen for you, which is after the video. But then you can see what Claude actually does. And basically, yes, it breaks it out into three records and says, here are your GA4 links. Here are your Adobe ones. There's a lot more that can be done with this. But if you need to ask, in this case, Claude, how many records have I created this week, it will be able to go into Acutics and bring back all the records you've generated. There's so much scope for this. And as Julianna said, it's a really, really exciting feature. We do have this ready to demo. So please do reach out to me or your usual contacts at Acutics. And we'll be more than happy to run through this live with you. I'm not sure about the release date yet, but I'm pretty sure that's coming soon. But yeah, it's really nice to use. And it is really going to save a lot of people a lot of time going forward. So we are very, very excited to show this one off. Yeah, no, exactly. And what's important to us at Acutics is that we are where you're working. And of course, we have our Acutics interface. We have our browser extension. But just being able to bring this into your AI assistant workflows is tremendous in the way that we are moving forward in the market. That's the way that people are using AI. So we want to make sure that we reach you there with the right guardrails and with your taxonomy and structure in place. So yes, do reach out for a demo. Very exciting. And now have Stuart reach out about the third point too. Well, I just wanted to add to that as well is we really do need to hammer home the point that the guardrails are in place. One of the first clients on my book who I spoke to about the MCP and showed the video, their first question was what's going to stop people going just using the AI assistant and going absolutely crazy and doing everything in there. The answer is it doesn't matter because it's still, you know, the records generated are still going to be tied down by the conditions, the dependencies, all the configuration within your Acutics setup are still going to apply in the AI agent. So as long as your Acutics is set up, using the AI agent is going to give you the correct results. Yeah, exactly. Just wanted to add that at the end there because if one client of mine's asked that, I'm pretty sure that could be at the top of everyone else's head. But okay, on to the next. So basically, again, this is just feature enhancements rather than brand new features. So what we've got, what we've done now is on the records table, we've got a does not contain filter. Again, we've been asked for that by a few clients. So it made sense for us to have that because we had does contain. So now we have doesn't contain. Your dependency variants as well. We can now sort alphabetically. And please don't forget about your dependencies and dependency variants. They're some of the most powerful tools within Acutics right now. And they're some of the oldest. And they really do make sure that people follow very, very strict guardrails in terms of what they can build. So if they're building a social campaign, then obviously everything downstream in Acutics has to be tied to a social campaign, etc, etc. So that's what this is focused on. And then we're going to be, excuse me. And so what we've also done as well in the latest release is we've really put enhancements towards the dash to make sure filtering is as slick and quick as possible. So that should be something that you should notice within the dashboard is you can actually filter and use the overview table a lot simpler and quicker now. And the next thing that we have to tell you as well is the activity log for dataset changes. Now, this only applies to admins. And as someone who's built countless amounts of configurations within Acutics and obviously gone and checked them for clients afterwards, quite often when I go into a dataset, I'd like to see who updated this or when was the last time this was updated, especially when I found out it's a specific dataset that could be causing an issue. Now, you can actually see that because we have an activity log within each dataset. So you can see the who, the what and the how of what the update was. So you can see who updated it, what they updated. And this can be found by going into the configuration input section, edit dataset, and then the meatball menu, the three dots in the top right corner. If you click that, you'll see an option now, which will be the activity log for that dataset. Yeah, Stuart, I think also just to point out, like these are just, you know, great ways to make sure that we can make your work faster, essentially, like Stuart mentioned. And I love that you brought up dependency variants as well, because we, you know, the ability to alphabetize seems simple, but when you're working with a large amount of dependency variants, as a lot of our customers are, it's very important to make sure that you can sort through those easily, but also just kind of make sure that you use dependency variants. And maybe Stuart, you could talk a little bit more about what dependency variants are. Yeah. So basically, everyone I am sure is familiar with the concept of dependencies within the datasets. But the dependency variant means you can have the same dataset with exactly the same values in, but more than one dependency. So if someone makes a choice in, for say, Facebook, then you can make sure using the dependency variants and have a variant called Facebook, there are only Facebook appropriate choices allowed to be made lower down the hierarchy. And you could also have a dependency variant for CM360 doing exactly the same thing, making sure you're just honing down on the CM360 appropriate values. So again, you can have more than one dependency within each dataset. I had a client ask me the question last week. We want to use the same dataset, but we want to have different options. And the solution was to have more than one dependency. So yeah, again, if you're unfamiliar with these, most of you should know them by now. But if you are unfamiliar, please reach out and we can go through the options, especially if you do want to use the same dataset in more than one instance, but you just want to be able to refine what people can use within that, then dependency variants are probably the answer. And you mentioned the activity log as well. I just wanted to showcase it in more depth. Could you put a few words also on just like what it could look like in use for giving dataset? Yeah. So basically, yeah, you can see the screenshot there, possibly not the best, but again, we can show you this on a call if needed be. But yeah, so basically, if there's been a change in the tracking, you can view who made the update and a description of what actually happened as well and the date and time of when that occurred. So again, if something is not feeling right within the dash, then you can go in and check who updated it and when and what they actually did. Smart sorting as well. By default, changes are sorted newest to first. So you immediately see who was the last person to update it as well. But you can filter on these changes by the data set or dependency and by user as well. So again, it's really going to speed up your working. If you do need to find out what happened to this data set and who updated it before, you would have been basically asking around. Now all the information is going to be in front of you. And yeah, as I mentioned as well, basically, you open the data set draw, look for the more menu, the meatball menu at the top right corner. And then once you've hit that, select activity log and all those updates will be there. And again, as we mentioned as well, we're just trying to make sure that the time spent at QTICS is efficient as possible. So we've made some enhancements to the overview table. So there'll be less waiting time when you're applying numerous filters, meaning navigation through the table will be a lot faster and operating at scale will be a lot more efficient due to this. So again, we're quite happy with that one. It seems small, but it's really going to pay off for a lot of our clients. Definitely. The final roadmap area is quality and validation. So that's specifically looking at QTICS validate. So, so far we've been looking at standardized. But for those unfamiliar with validate, where you have standardized as the place to structure and govern your marketing data taxonomy with consistent naming, data sets, rules, and standards. Validates is the other side of our platform in which you can check that the incoming marketing data actually follows those standards. So you can identify naming errors, inconsistencies, missing values, or other data quality related issues before they actually affect downstream reporting and analysis. So we've expanded validation across our platforms, including TikTok Smart Plus support and Snapchat status filtering. So that's also been at the same time as continuing to work around landing page validation and other real-time checks. As you can see, we have a lot of focus within catching errors where you work and validation across platforms. So, you know, just kind of making sure at the core of what you're doing with QTICS that all of the outputs from QTICS are, you know, working properly for you to optimize on and base your media decisions on or your spend decisions. So just kind of checking that and validating, so to say. So Stuart will walk us through these final two updates that we have for the day around TikTok Smart Plus support and Snapchat status filtering. Yeah, okay. So these are pretty simple updates, really. So we can now validate TikTok Smart Plus campaigns, which is a brand new thing for us. And as well as that, you can now filter these on their status. So whether they're actually live or paused campaigns, you can actually filter on those as well. So again, it saves you having to go through lots of paused campaigns to find the one live one you're actually looking for because you're only going to be able to select the live campaigns that you actually want to look at. So, and again, as Juliana just said, it's really going to help catch in errors before they go too far and affect downstream reporting. So we're really going to, it's basically to try and help nip any little problems in the bud that may occur before it causes a big headache for everyone to try and go back, retrace the steps and fix the issues. So again, really, really fantastic update. And because we all know everyone needs to see whether their naming conventions are correct or they, you know, when they use invalidate. So again, we're just making our footprint bigger on all the ad platforms possible. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. And here you can see, for example, a homepage of an anonymized example. As Stuart mentioned, these are updates also available if you're using those platforms in Validate already. But by catching these issues earlier, we really want to help to protect your data quality at the source to make everything that you do with the data and all of the different advanced analytics, personalization projects, more reliable and trustworthy across all your sources. So just to end for the day, of course, maybe you recognize some of these faces because you get to get the pleasure of working with them. But reach out to your Acutix contact. We'd be happy to show you any of these features in more depth or just kind of walk you through how to be more efficient in the platform. So do reach out today. And I'm very happy and thank you for your time. So thank you so much, everyone. And as always, yeah, if any questions, let us know.
